Restaurante Fetén is a small restaurant by Playa de San Juan in Alicante, run by its chef-owners Mario Amat and Carlos Tomás. It opened in 2023 and was added to the Michelin Guide's recommended restaurants in July 2026. The kitchen focuses on tapas, rice dishes and wine, reinterpreting classic dishes with contemporary techniques. Reviews keep mentioning the croquettes (including Iberian pork loin ones), oxtail lasagne, ensaladilla rusa, the "Donut Bravo" and torrija for dessert. Visitors praise the careful presentation and the service, and from October until the end of winter the kitchen makes traditional gazpacho with rabbit and seasonal mushrooms on Sundays.
