Circo

Circo is a signature burger restaurant in central Alicante, between the Teatro Principal and Plaza de Luceros; it is the first Circo location, opened in 2017. The burgers are made with aged Spanish beef (vaca vieja), either as a classic patty or smashed, served on brioche buns with homemade sauces. In 2023 the chain won the Best Chain (Mejor Cadena) award at the 3rd Spanish Burger Championship, and its La Aspirante burger took bronze for the Valencian Community. The menu also includes a vegetarian burger with organic mushrooms and a rotating “burger of the month”, reviews often mention the nachos and the gluten-free options, and one guest praises the cheesecake. The dining room is modern and tiled, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
